These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Celina Rydén AB’s website, My Nail Academy, located at https://mynailacademy.com.
By registering an account at MNA and subsequently sign up for any of our classes, you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with MNA/ Celina Rydén AB.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use My Nail Academy if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
You need to register an account to take part in any class of MNA. When you register your account, you must provide accurate information such as your name, address and a valid e-mail address.
You must be at least 18 years of age, in order to register an account and participate in classes at MNA.
You may not share your login details or otherwise share your account with anyone else. You may also not transfer your account to anyone else.
You have the responsibility to maintain the security of your account and password. Any actions taken by your account, we see as taken by you. If you fail to comply with this security obligation, MNA will not be held liable any damage or loss due to your non-compliance.
If we find out that you are below the age of 18 years or have created an account and used the account in violation to these rules, we will terminate your account.
When you sign up for a class at MNA, you have access to this class for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. You can access the class from three (3) separate units, such as computer, mobile phone or tablet.
The prices of the classes are listed in US Dollars. Conversion to the corresponding sum in your local currency that will appear on your card statement, is done by your bank or our third party payment processing partner, Stripe.
Depending on where you are located, a Value Added Tax (VAT) may be added to the listed price.
When VAT is added, we are responsible for collecting and remitting the tax to the appropriate tax authorities.
The price applicable to a class is the price you pay when you complete your purchase. We may from time to time, without prior notice, run promotions where we offer classes at a discounted price. We also reserve the right to at any time, whiteout prior notice and at our discretion, change the prices for our classes. Once you have made a booking, the price paid is final and no price difference will be refunded, should there be a later class price reduction.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, to allow access to your class. We work with Stripe as a third party payment processing partner to keep your payment information secure. When you agree to pay for your purchase, you also authorize us to charge your debit or credit card.
MNA or MNA’s partners may offer Promotional Discount Codes and Gift Card Codes. Only one Discount Code and/or Gift Card Code can be used at a time, it is not possible to combine several Discount Codes and/or Gift Card Codes for a single purchase. Please note that these codes may expire if not used prior to the expiration date linked to each individual code. No refunds can be made for expired codes. Promotional Discount Codes and Gift Card Codes cannot be refunded for cash.
When making a purchase using a Promotional Discount Code or Gift Card Code, make sure that you enter the code in the appropriate box when checking out and that the discount is applied to the price of your purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that the discount code is applied to your purchase prior to check out and no discounts can be applied once your purchase has been completed.
All classes at MNA are strictly non-refundable. Please make sure, prior to purchase, that the content of your chosen class meets the need of your training. Also ensure that you have suitable access to Internet and appropriate hardware devices, so that you are able to access the class. You also need to ensure that you have all tools and material available needed to complete the assignments/exercises given in the class and to pass the final quiz.
Once you have finished the class, a Certificate can be downloaded from your account page. Please note that non of the classes at MNA will make you a licensed nail technician in any country.
Unless otherwise stated, Celina Rydén AB and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on My Nail Academy. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from My Nail Academy for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Any illegal reproduction or sharing of the content on our website, transferring or sharing an account, will result in immediate legal action.
Celina Rydén AB has created a My Nail Academy Facebook group to offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information. Celina Rydén AB does not filter, edit, publish or review the Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Celina Rydén AB, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Celina Rydén AB shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments. Comments containing material that violates copyright are not allowed. The user posting a Comment is responsible for any copyright infringement the Comment may involve.
Celina Rydén AB reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The classes, their content and their availability are provided by My Nail Academy ”as is” and ”as available”. We make no warranty that you will obtain certain results from participating in our classes. You participate in our classes entirely at your own risk. We make no representations and disclaim any warranties about the reliability, suitability, lack of errors, availability or accuracy of the classes or their content.
We will not be responsible or held liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, punitive, special or other indirect damages (including business opportunities, profits, revenue or personal injury or death).
By registering an account at MNA and subsequently sign up for any of our classes, you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with MNA/ Celina Rydén AB. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sweden and GDPR (General Data Protection Rights) and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of The Swedish courts.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be finally settled without recourse by a court of law, the ”Tingsrätt”, in Stockholm, Sweden.
